An amazing service and excellent breakfast. Exceptionally comfortable bed, large bathroom and a mini bar fridge, tea and coffee making equipment, and a writing desk in the room. Brilliant location, right next to pubs and bistros. ...

Perfect location to walk to all the obvious attractions; 5 mins to Opera, 20 mins to Louvre, etc. Staff attentive & friendly > barman in particular was excellent.

I liked the location of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff
I stayed at this hotel 10 years ago.No change had been made to any of the furntiure, or the carpets. The hotel looked worn. In fact the carpets on teh stairs were so bad that in North America it would be an accident risk.

It was a good location with a good restaurant and bar and friendly staff.
The room was small, and very tired. All very dated, and not worth the money.

The hotel exudes an elegant charm with plush furnishings and thoughtful details. Accessibility features cater nicely to seniors throughout the lovely spaces.
More seating in common areas would be helpful.

The atmosphere created was quiet. The location was marvellous for visiting restaurants and pubs right next to the hotel. The property was set in a lovely area.

A very good location. Withi walking distance of Musee d'Orsey and the Louvre.
Front desk service was poor. Totally understaffed. At one point one person was responsible for acting as concierge, checking people in, and standing in the street to call a cab. No dedicated doorman.

The staff were great. The location perfect for shopping walking and touring and the ambiance was perfectly old French.
The hotel is a tired although charming. It is in need of a great deal of TLC and repair-nothing that couldn't be overlooked for a shopping weekend although it will soon catch up with itself!

Charming, Charming, Charming
I loved the elegant, classic Parisian decor that took me back in time! Waking up to the good breakfast buffet filled with fresh fruits and pastries was the perfect start to my day. The staff even surprised me with a room upgrade....

Mostly location. The bar is very nice with comfortable chairs and an excellent pianist playing a grand piano every night.
The business center is poor with only one computer and you must pay by credit card. Some rooms are very small, and the furniture is badly worn. The pillows are hard and unconfortable. The concierge had a poor attitude.
